The controls allow you to use this unit as a FRIDGE or a DEEP FREEZER due to the clever control panel that can be adjusted from a fridge temperature of +8 degrees to a Deep freeze temperature of -32 degrees. The freezer has strong steel hinges and a counter-balanced lid which is safer to use and can be lifted as high as it needs to be without fear of it falling on your head.
