Built-in sharpener

Introducing the Ninja Foodi StaySharp Knife System, perfect for experienced chefs and kitchen newcomers alike. This 6-piece collection features 5 essential kitchen knives and a pair of versatile kitchen scissors, built to last from forged German stainless steel with precision blades.

Never experience the frustration of a blunt knife again. Maintain incredible sharpness with an integrated StaySharp knife sharpener conveniently built into the storage knife block. This innovative at-home blade maintenance solution delivers continuously sharp performance, time after time.

Starts sharp, stays sharp.

Simply lock a clean, dry blade into the StaySharp Knife Sharpener to restore superior sharpness* in seconds, with just a few swipes of the lever.

Unlike some other sharpeners, which can deliver inconsistent results and can damage knives, the StaySharp dynamic stone sharpening wheel is engineered to engage your blade at the perfect angle and applies the optimum amount of pressure to restore your blade’s incredibly sharp edge.

These premium knives stay sharp for 10 years with recommended sharpening. Sharpen every 2 weeks for optimum results, or when you notice a reduction in cutting performance.

The sharpener is exclusively designed to sharpen Ninja blades.

Durable Stainless Steel

Built to last from forged German stainless-steel, Ninja knives are rust resistant and strong enough for all your kitchen cutting tasks.

Each knife is crafted with a full tang – this means one solid, continuous piece of stainless steel forms the blade and runs all the way through the handle. This durable construction method and double rivet design deliver long-lasting quality.

Precise Performance

Chopping and slicing has never been easier. Ninja’s precision blades easily slice through tough ingredients with a 22° cutting angle – expertly engineered for optimum sharpness.

Comfortable Grip

The ergonomic, chef-approved handles are wear-resistant and designed for maximum comfort, even when used for extended periods of time.

A premium half-bolster at the base of the handle enables an easy, professional pinch grip that gives you total control, while still allowing full-length knife sharpening.
