Ninja’s most advanced blending technology utilises intelligent algorithms to detect fresh or frozen ingredients, portion size and more to select the most efficient setting using advanced tools:

• Torque Detect: Identifies fresh and frozen ingredients and adjusts power as needed.
• Ice Detect: Automatically adjusts power to blast through ice when creating frozen drinks.
• Portion Detect: Automatically adjusts the time and speed, based on the amount of ingredients.
• Liquid Detect*: This function illuminates the ‘Add liquid’ section of the Detect Dial to alert you when more liquid is needed when creating drinks in the single-serve cup.To get the best results, use this mode when creating smoother blends such as frozen drinks, smoothies, dough, batters, dips, purees and sauces. During processing, the blender will engage Blending, Crush, Max Crush and/or Thick Modes.

  Enjoy being hands-on in the kitchen? Use manual modes to take total control of speed and textures when you blend ingredients.

  10 manual blending speeds help you quickly mix, puree and emulsify ingredients. Or use the Pulse setting to give ingredients a quick blast of power for better control over consistency.

  Preset modes

  Use the Detect Dial to select a preset mode, so the blender does the hard work for you.

  Preset Large Chop, Small Chop and Mince modes to easily mince meats, chop or dice nuts, beans, pulses and vegetables within the large blender jug or Processor Bowl. You can also utilise Disc mode when using the Reversible Slicing/Shredding Disc and the Processor Bowl.

  Processor Bowl, Feed Chute Lid and Pusher

  The food processor bowl is a must-have tool for keen home cooks. Use the Low, Medium and High speeds for even chopping and smooth purees. The bowl’s large capacity also allows you to create nearly two kilograms of dough.

  Chopping Blade – Robust stainless steel blades deliver consistent and even chopping that’s ideal for vegetables

  Dough Blade – Making homemade doughs doesn’t have to be labour intensive. The robust stainless steel dough blade makes short of any dough, whether you’re creating a no-knead pizza dough or shortcrust pastry from scratch.

  Reversible slicing and shredding disc – Flip the stainless steel disc over and place it onto the Disc Spindle to process foods in many time-saving ways. Shred cabbage for a quick pickle or coleslaw. Slice potatoes for a hearty dauphinoise. Or combine flour, sea salt, water and yeast for a no-knead pizza dough.

  Feed chute and pusher – Quickly add olive oil, herbs and other ingredients to marinades, batters and more without needing to lift the lid. The handy pusher also ensures ingredients are well incorporated and processed.
