• 8” Slicing Knife – Perfect for precisely cutting thinner slices, use this knife for larger vegetables such as cauliflowers, larger fruits such as melons and carving hot and cold roasted meats.
• 8” Bread Knife – Easily slice through crusty loaves, fresh sourdough, brioche bread buns and more with this sharp serrated bread knife – it’s also great for cutting through tomatoes and citrus fruits. (Do not use the sharpener on knives with serrated edges.)
