Before cooking, select the button for your chosen cooking function, food type and desired internal temperature. Insert the probe while the appliance is preheating. Then, leave it to cook and let the grill do the rest. It will automatically turn off and will let you know when it’s time to rest meat or fish.

The resting stage is crucial for cooking, as food will continue to cook – even off the grill. Smart Cook System lets you know precisely when it’s time to remove your dish to rest – giving it the ideal amount of time to carry-over cook to reach your chosen cook level.
