The Xiaomi TV Stick HD (2nd Gen) is a small streaming stick that plugs into the HDMI port on your TV and gives it the Google TV experience. It’s an easy way to get your favourite apps on a TV that doesn’t have them built in, or to refresh an older smart TV that has slowed down.

Google TV on any HDMI screen

Google TV pulls films and shows from your apps and subscriptions into one place and suggests things to watch. You get personalised profiles and access to thousands of apps from the Google Play Store. An internet connection and a Google account are needed.

Smoother, faster performance

It uses a quad-core Cortex-A55 processor with a Mali-G31 MP2 graphics chip. Xiaomi says CPU performance is around 38% higher than the original Mi TV Stick. The result is quicker menus and smoother app switching.

Full HD picture and immersive sound

It outputs up to 1080p at 60Hz and supports HDR10+ for better contrast and detail on compatible TVs. Dolby Audio and DTS:X are supported too, where your TV or sound system and the content allow it.

Voice control and casting

The remote has a Google Assistant button for voice searches, plus one-touch buttons for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube. It works over Bluetooth and also has infrared for controlling your TV. With Chromecast built-in you can cast photos, videos and music from a phone or tablet.

Compact and easy to set up

The slim, rounded stick is light and easy to carry, so it also works well in a spare room or when travelling. Plug it into your TV’s HDMI port, connect it to Wi-Fi and you can start watching. Dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) helps keep streaming stable.
